 Uhm, this ticket is about Web+ being slow to *close*. This is different
 from the other ticket on slow drawing and high CPU use which does happen
 for everyone (including myself) and is especially annoying on dev.haiku-
 os.org.

 The slow to close issue is (as far as I know) caused by the application
 thread waiting for a socket to close for cleanup. It can be a problem with
 websockets, media download, or something like that. I don't think it can
 be a problem with standard http requests of just loading a page (as that
 code part is better at stopping things when needed).
