Well, you can certainly try to increase it even more. If it's a rarely
used spinlock that someone forgot to release a long time before, a lot of
other spinlocks may have been used in the meantime. I consider this
unlikely, but anyway. Other than that, a stack trace would be nice. Also
do a `dw <spinlock address - 4>` to see, if the object the spinlock
resides in has been deleted or not yet initialized.
