After deleting the config/settings/system/notifications folder, at the
next reboot I've found that notifications were disabled (so I enabled them
again from the notification preflet). Shouldn't notifications be enabled
by default? I mean that notifications could be optionally disabled. IIRC
on Haiku Alpha 4, notifications were enabled by default.
