Locale doesn't translate all the strings available, even if the
translation is complete in pootle. It works for some applications, and in
all cases the application name is not translated either.
Examples of applications nearly fully translated in pootle (spanish) that
aren't being translated properly:
Deskbar
People
Locale
CharacterMap
