I didn't get much time last night but I tried hard coding the legacy
support offset and it did actually manage to properly iterate over all the
legacy support pointers. However, the controller still would not reset
because many of the other offsets also appear to be wrong. Next I will try
to work out exactly what is going wrong, hopefully I'll get some more time
tonight.
