I posted a comment before, but it seems to have been deleted...?
At any rate, I dug through the Jamfiles, and the only difference between a
known-working translator (HVIFTranslator) and RTF-Translator is that RTF-
Translator links to {{{[ TargetLibstdc++ ]}}} and HVIFTranslator does not.
So, a misconfiguration between nightlies/haiku-repository is not the
answer (unless we have a problem at a much lower level, and I seriously
doubt that.)
