Yes, I can reproduce this also; scrolling through "all packages" by
holding an arrow key works for about 15-20 seconds just fine, and then it
starts looping through some packages and upon releasing the arrow key it
keeps looping. It seems to do so indefinitely; at least it's been running
for almost a minute now with no signs of stopping.
So this is a ColumnListView bug, not a HaikuDepot one.
