Like it or not, x86_64 is very much considered an experimental branch at
this point, not an officially supported version, and it was already
decided that it isn't a priority for R1, hence the move to unscheduled. If
someone's motivated to fix it sooner, no one's stopping them though. The
fact that you insist on using it doesn't change that reality.
