I think this ticket can be closed. Several reboots didn't help, however,
after a complete shutdown content of sqlite package was available again
(different behaviour bare metal <-> VirtualBox?). Updating to a new
version of nasm did not result in the same problem - after only one reboot
everything worked as expected (content availabe in /system/bin,
HaikuDepot, and Expander).
