Funny, I could do the same screen cast here with having it working just
fine all the time.
It's probably a timing issue, though -- the settings update gets send when
the file is updated, and the net_server might not have stopped the service
then. When you change another service, the item will check again, and show
its updated status.
Either the notifications have to come from the net_server, or we need to
periodically check for updates.
