Comment (by apl-haiku):
Updated to reverse the version number on the RPM from "<hrev>.1" to
"1.<hrev>" so that it is easier to employ a different version numbering
system later. Use patch "0001-packaging-builds-an-rpm-or-tarball-for-the-
hvif2png-.patch" instead of the earlier "0001-hvif2png-packaging.patch".
