#12300: DHCP doesn't get an address automatically after ifconfig --delete

- Working network interface, connected and in DHCP
- ifconfig --delete <interfacename>
- ifconfig <interfacename> up
I would expect that the network interface gets its IP address from DHCP,
again.
The network preflet will show IPV4 configured in DHCP, but the network
interface will be unconfigured.
To configure it again, select mode: Disabled, then DHCP.
