This is hrev49694.
If you want to rate a package and either forget to set the rating stars or
intended to give 0 stars, you get this alert after pressing "Send":
[[Image(Rating0stars.png)]]
The alert should either be more helpful ("You have to give at least 1 star
as your rating." or the "Send" button should be inactive until a rating is
set. Though that would pose the problem how to make the user aware of that
fact...
