We've pretty much taken ownership of the in-tree atombios parser. Later
versions in the kernel have integrated DRM code. Luckily atombios doesn't
change often.
The attached patch adds several new opcodes and adds one missing opcode.
It needs testing but the recent gcc5 changes mean I need to rebuild (and
i'm out of time today)
putting here for bus factor.
