It is with hrev50464 gcc2 hybrid? Please try with x86_64.
You could also try to build your own image with [http://cgit.haiku-
os.org/haiku/tree/src/system/boot/loader/kernel_args.cpp#n311 kLimit] set
to 1 << 33 to check with RAM limited to 8GB, 1 << 34 to 16GB, etc..
