I did a series of tests with the Dell P2210.
Several of the preset display modes just give me a blank screen.
On the ones that did work the monitor agreed with the screen settings,
with one exception.
When screen setting is set to 640x480@75Hz, the monitor reports
848x480@72Hz.
I went through each supported resolution and attached another log for
that.
