Thank you for the detailed report! I'll dive in again.
- From the combined info you now added I can already confirm that the PLL
is programmed correctly as far as reference clock assumptions are
concerned, but indeed it's programmed outside acceptable limits with the
result that the PLL does not lock (frequency keeps being modulated, sine-
wave like, resulting in the waves you see onscreen). I'll see what I can
dig up for the VCO and discriminator limits wise.
- the mode not being set according to horizontal specs we have to look at
seperately. Would be best if you can set that mode again and clip exactly
the belonging piece from the logfile for me, both for 32 and 64 bit Haiku.
- For Dualhead Setup: please try (on one platform is enough) to set a
single head mode as mentioned before, and see if you indeed have a working
screen. Try modes you already know would probably work OK. Please try a
number of modes, just one or two modes would be too limited to more or
less come to a trustwurthy conclusion.
