#12955: NVidia GeForce 6150 (NV44) graphics issues

I added the usebios line in nvidia.settings and did a cold boot on 32 bit.
I went through each of the resolutions in the spreadsheet. There were two
notable differences from last test.
800x600@60Hz did not produce a black screen, but rather a shimmer as in
the earlier attahed photos.
1280x1024@75Hz also did not produce a black screen, but instead it flashed
on and off with the same shimmer.
I have attached a log for this test (see nvidia.gcc2h.log)
