Generally, we'd have to rewrite SoundRecorder completely.
I tried in past to rewrite the gui, but it resulted in a hell as the code
doesn't really differentiate in a MVC fashion, so I gave up.
With the media_client CLI app development, I plan to move various things
in a shared layer, so it would be a first move in this direction.
