This is hrev50931.
Web+ opens links that have a {{{ target="_blank" }}} or {{{
target="TestName" }}} in a tab with an empty locator. If you switch to
another tab and back again, the URL from that other tab is inserted into
the locator.
I attached a smal html file that has links with different "targets" set.
I stumble on that every time I click a link at GMail, for example.
Workaround: click with the middle mouse button.
