When a non-privileged user logs into a haiku box with telnet, the login
process does not call setuid() or setgid() so the user is always logged in
as the super user.
The attached patch fixes that.
The patch depends on bug #13530.
I wasn't sure what component to list this under. I almost certainly got
it wrong.
