#14785: Web+ collapses forum category menu

This is hrev52663 (HaikuWebkit 1.6.7, WebKit 606.1.4).
If you start a new topic at the forums and try to choose a category from
the popup menu, it immediately collapses again. You can't choose a
category. Same when editing the category from an existing topic.
