Old description:

Using hrev52713 x64 in UEFI mode.

Listed as

device Multimedia controller (Multimedia audio controller) [4|1|0]
  vendor 13f6: C-Media Electronics Inc
  device 8788: CMI8788 [Oxygen HD Audio

It is also connected to optical out.
I also have an onboard soundcard, but that is not in use and disabled.
