I-O-M could be a bit clearer here...\\
Exporting as META:ICON or BEOS:ICON adds the icon as attribute to a file
(in case of BEOS:ICON, it'll then be used visibly as icon of the file).
So, normally, you choose an existing file to assign that icon to.
So, what should be removed is the alert that "''The file X alread exists
in the specified folder. Do you want to replace it?''", because only the
attribute will be added/replaced.
Also, when choosing a new file to export that attribute to, that new file
should be created. Right now, as the ticket points out, I-O-M just
silently does nothing.
