 What would be the appropriate fix for this? I guess app_server should be
 able to fall back to default fonts if the configured one disappears. And
 then reload if the user chosen one comes back. But that might result in an
 annoying font flash. Maybe app_server is too aggressive in reloading fonts
 if the font directory has changes. I haven't looked at that code though.

 Feels more like an app_server bug than package_daemon though.
