#15188: Touchpad Buttons don't work

I have a HP Envy 13-AB016NR. Both buttons, on the touchpad, do not work.
In the mouse prefs when I click on either right or left there is no
indication that it sees it. But, if I press down on the center part of
the touch pad I get a right mouse click.
I am able to work get around this way. But, dragging windows around is
hard, as soon as I let go of pressure on the touchpad i have re align the
cursor and then press and hold while dragging my finger across. Also,
when dragging a window this way, the window will sometimes jump around on
the screen.
