#15305: Trac 1.3.6 - disappearing and duplicate query field entries after query

Since Trac 1.3.6 update, after selecting the selection fields used for
query tickets and pressing update button there are either duplicate
selection fields or the field entry starts disappearing altogether or the
previous field entry is missing.
Different result behavior than Trac 1.2.2.
Workaround: Usually can fix after a web page refresh. Misrenderings of the
Create Ticket - Description icon buttons randomly happens as well upon
initial web page load.
