In LibreOffice, I need to add the ClassPath for the JDBC driver for
PostgreSQL:

Actions to be accomplished: Tools -> Options -> Advanced -> Java Options
1) Click to activate 'Use a Java runtime environment'
2) Highlight the installed JRE to use
3) Click on 'Class Path' button; then click on 'Add Archive' button

Instead, I cannot select 'Use a Java runtime environment'

LibreOffice Base is not usable to establish connections to external
databases.
