 Can you please deploy version 1.0.115 of HDS and see if this problem is
 resolved.  I think what is happening is that the retrieval of the
 packages' HPKG file-sizes is using the external URL base rather than the
 internal URL base.  Hopefully this latest version will resolve this
 problem.
