Steps used:

1. Installed Haiku R1B1 x86_64.
2. pkgman full-sync (updated successfully, as of Feb 9, 2020)
3. shutdown -r (system reboots, no issues)

Result: System successfully boots to Desktop. No issues. (hrev52295+132
x86_64)
Issue resolved.
