This is hrev53835.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create folder `新規フォルダー`.
2. Create some file in this folder that can be opened in WebPositive.
3. Open that file in WebPositive.
3. URL like
`file:///boot/home/%FFFF%FFFF%FFFF%FFFF%FFFF%FFFF%FFFF%FFFF%FFFF%FFFF%FFFF%FFFF%FFFF%FFFF%FFFF%FFFF%FFFF%FFFF%FFFF%FFFF%FFFF/output`
will appear and `No such file or directory.` alert will be displayed.
