#15713: haswell non native resolutions don't work

I tested with hrev53870 on Haswell (PCI device 8086:0412), a flatpanel
connected with VGA.
1280x1024/60hz works, but 1024x768, 1152x870, 800x600 result in an "out of
range" message.
with 1280x1024/75hz the display is a bit off on the right side, 72hz
doesn't work (flashing display).
Color modes work.
