#15739: Removes mapping of key instead of modifier+key

 This is hrev53900.

 * Open Keymap prefs.
 * Click on the "CONTROL" key.
 * Drag some character (e.g. from CharacterMap or StyledEdit) onto any
 empty key.
 * Remove it again by right-clicking that newly mapped key and choose
 "Remove".

 -> Instead of removing the new CTRL+key mapping, the "main" key mapping
 without the modifier is removed. For example, if you mapped CTRL+P to
 something, it removes "p".

 The removing does work, if you go back to the default view (so the CTRL
 key isn't shown pressed). Hold the CTRL key on your keyboard (don't click
 in the key in the keymap app), then invoke "Remove" form the context menu
 of the newly mapped key.
