Personally i do kind of like this behaviour, but it violates what the
background preferences lay out (there is no "all folders" option)
Also this makes it possible for the backgrounds to be enabled during list
view, which looks neat but currently has rendering problems (I assume that
is why tracker disables the background when switching to list mode)
Ontop of that it is non-deterministic reopening tracker does not give the
same backgorund as last time.
