Attached report from debug build.
Params for commit: bytes=12288, address=0x7036b000 (always different),
effective=-1, errno=Invalid argument

commit basically calls mmap. @waddlesplash, since you were working on
allocators, maybe you can shed some light on what is not to mmap's liking?
