#15813: Leftmost pixel of Leaf menu ignores click

This is hrev53976.
If you move the mouse to right screenedge (but avoid the top screenedge),
a click on the Leaf menu doesn't produce the Deskbar menu. You have to
move the mouse 1 pixel to the left.
If you position the Deskbar in the top left corner, this 'dead' area will
still be on the right edge of the Deskbar, though it's 2 pixels wide now.
