I never used auto-raise feature of the Deskbar because it was always
worked kinda wrong. With the recent fixes it works very intuitively and
feels just right. So I think it make sense to make it the default.
While we're at it I think icon size could be made a bit larger as on
almost all screenshots/videos people increase it. This will also make
Deskbar icons more readable.
