#16208: Missing icons/kind from new/downloaded files.

New files do not have icons or kinds, I was told this has something to do
with missing MIME types and that this doesn't occur on 32x systems.
In Tracker, the file appears as "Generic file". This issue affects the
desktop and other file explorers if present.
This issue dissapears when the file is interacted with.
