#16342: [HaikuDepot] Featured packages list icon and text sizes are too big

The size of each list item in the `Featured packages` tab of HaikuDepot
seems to be needlessly oversized. By default, when you first open
HaikuDepot, only two items can appear in the list at a time. It makes for
a poor user experience while trying to scroll through the list.
I would suggest reducing the size of each list item by at least 50% so
that by default there are at least four visible list items at any given
time.
