The OpenBeOS newsletter were on the old OpenBeOS website and never made it
to the Haiku one.
They are on the web archive, fortunately:

A backup from there was also uploaded to github:
https://github.com/q5sys/OpenBeOSNewsletter
These should be integrated in the website (under legacy-docs, probably)
for future preservation.
