What if you restart tracker after select the new size font?

 The issue survives a Tracker restart. It's permanent, still there after a
 reboot.

I think we should not allow them to get smaller than 16px as it was
 before?

 Sounds good to me.\\
 I wonder, why I see those too-small scrollbars in StyledEdit, but not in
 other apps, like DriveSetup, Devices etc.
