#16501: Switching to Icon View in Tracker and changing icon sizes needs

Perhaps it has something to do with read-only permissions...
...but in /boot/system/develop/headers/etc... i switch to icon view 128px,
which appears to work just fine, but then changing the icon size to 32px
yields strange results... like the name of the file does not appear
directly below the icon, but in the same place as it was when the icon was
128px. the whole scene needs to be repainted, so I draw a rectangle with
the mouse.
I am using single window browsing, and the grid stays at 128px
