We request until the end of the file. If people have unstable connection
 and it keeps failing multiple time, the code will retry with increasing
 start offset until it manages to download the whole file.

 Yes, and that was the whole point and why I didn't include any maximum
 number of retries. You should be able to let it run over night, come back
 next morning and it finally updated.

 Close as invalid?
