The trip to KDL seems to happen on first switch on the computer with the
KVM turned to the nonHaiku PC. Once in KDL, no way to do anything, but,
pressing the PC's "Reset" button and rebooting, without switching to
Haiku, Haiku ends up booting to desktop, then I can switch the KVM to
Haiku and works fine.... Of course, until several switching occurs, and
then when switching back to Haiku, keyboard and mouse don't respond.
