The KDLs seen in the last few comments are duplicates of #3159. However,
the underlying corruption issue that was originally highlighted in this
ticket is most likely still present, as it's probably a bug in the block
cache somewhere which hasn't yet been found. That checkfs might now be
able to repair it doesn't resolve the ticket, as the issues being repaired
shouldn't have occurred in the first place (except in the case of
hardware/bad sector errors on the part of the disk).
