I've asked Dane to type "continue" at the KDL prompt next time this
occurs, on the wild chance this might work. If Haiku is still stable
afterwards (and even if it refuses to rip that particular CD) I'll
consider that good enough, and recommend commenting out that particular
panic (and include the fix in our own build of Haiku in the interim time,
I don't recall last time our recommendations got upstream'ed).
