Thanks for the new patch, but I don't agree with the changes how you
detect what applications are running. If for example Bootman or DriveSetup
are aready running when Installer starts, this situation will now be
broken. Also, since the B_SOME_APP_LAUNCHED messages arrive totally
independent of what Installer itself does, you cannot match these messages
to what you did before. The code as it was before was correct, you just
need to "duplicate" it for Bootman.
