Moving the entry of a monitored node on a FAT volume produces
B_STAT_CHANGED and B_ATTR_CHANGED notifications beside the expected
B_ENTRY_MOVED. B_STAT_CHANGED does not seem right for entry moves and
B_ATTR_CHANGED should normally not fire on non attribute-able file systems
(or should it?).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The attached test application wathches a node specified by a full path in
command args and prints notifications.
