In r34726 a fix was applied to {{{build/jam/BuildSetup}}} to allow
{{{bfs_shell}}} build when {{{ld}}} and the linker used by {{{gcc}}}
differ (#5158).
The attached patch reverts r34726 and instead introduces generally setting
{{{HOST_LD}}} in {{{configure}}} (cf. [comment:ticket:5158:3 #5158])
instead of hardcoding an exception for Solaris somewhere.
