#5546: Atheros WiFi [168c:001a] not detected and doesn't work on #35775 build. -----------------------------------------+---------------------------------- Reporter: cssvb94 | Owner: axeld Type: bug | Status: new Priority: normal | Milestone: R1 Component: Network & Internet/Wireless | Version: R1/alpha1 Keywords: Atheros | Blockedby: Platform: x86 | Blocking: -----------------------------------------+---------------------------------- 35775 SVN build under Ubuntu on Acer TravelMate 2490. During boot as is seen in syslog, neither atheros or broadcom440 are detected. I removed manually the soft link from /boot/system/add- ons/kernel/drivers/dev/net and then created it again. The change is visible in syslog, but device init failed. Long before, when haiku-wifi wasn't merged into official svn tree, first release of atheros wifi worked just great. After that it stopped. For ethernet broadcom440 driver I've created ticket #2998, 16 months ago, last entry was 14 months ago. Not much development since then. -- Ticket URL: <http://dev.haiku-os.org/ticket/5546> Haiku <http://dev.haiku-os.org> Haiku - the operating system.
